You may use the product within the terms set forth in the license/EULA. Support services are available based on the number of developer seats you've purchased. These options apply to products that offer multi-node support for systems up to 64 nodes.
The number of licenses required depends on how many developers on your team need product support.

You may use the product within the terms set forth in the license/EULA. For a single system consisting of 65 or more designated nodes: (a) Support is available to all developers using the system, based on system size:
(b) Support is provided for issues reproducible on a genuine Intel® platform. The license type required is determined by the total number of nodes in the system.

The correspondence with the traditional licensing form (equivalent license for version upgrades and upgrades) is as follows.
- Transferring licenses from Intel Parallel Studio XE to Intel oneAPI-based Toolkit or Intel oneAPI-based & HPC Toolkit must be done through a free or paid upgrade.®®®

All Intel® software development tools are provided under a common OS license.
Developer Support Options
Choose a Developer Support option for Intel® software development tools based on the number of developers on your team who need product support. Five tiers are available:
- Named User — Provides support for a single designated developer.
- 2 Concurrent Users (formerly Workgroup) — Grants support access to up to 10 developers, with up to 2 using the tool simultaneously.
- 5 Concurrent Users (formerly Department) — Grants support access to up to 25 developers, with up to 5 using the tool simultaneously.
- 10 Concurrent Users (formerly Division) — Grants support access to up to 50 developers, with up to 10 using the tool simultaneously. Available for Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (multi-node and single-node) products and Intel® Fortran Compiler support service products.
- Enterprise — Provides support for teams of 50 or more developers. Available for Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (multi-node) products.
System-Size Support
For a single system consisting of 65 or more nodes, support is available to all developers using that system. Available for Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit (multi-node) products. Support is licensed based on the total number of nodes in the system:
- Small systems — 65–256 nodes
- Medium systems — 257–512 nodes
- Large systems — 513 nodes or more
Single-Node vs. Multi-Node Products
The Intel® oneAPI Base & HPC Toolkit is available in two editions, depending on the memory architecture of the target platform:
- Single-node — For shared-memory target platforms, including PCs, laptops, and workstations.
- Multi-node — For shared-memory target platforms (PCs, laptops, workstations) as well as distributed-memory systems such as HPC clusters.

Notes
- New licenses for Intel® Parallel Studio XE products, Intel® System Studio, and related tools have ended.
- 1. Intel® DAAL and Intel® MPI libraries do not provide floating as a standalone product.
- 2. Intel® VTune™ Profiler is now an OS common license available for both Windows* and Linux* host operating systems starting in version 2018.
- 3. In order to use floating licenses, you must install Intel® Software License Manager.
